What is the booking process like?

Every booking begins with a free initial consultaion by phone. Further calls are always free, and can be scheduled as often as you'd like. To reserve your date, a 25% deposit is required.

What are your wedding videography rates?

Our wedding videography packages start at $3,999. We also offer discounted rates for elopements and micro weddings, ensuring every couple can have a beautiful film of their special day.

Question 4

How will we receive our wedding films?

Digitally. We deliver your wedding films through a custom digital gallery. This allows you to watch, share, and download your films as many times as you wish, preserving your memories beautifully and conveniently.

Question 5

How long does it take to get our wedding films?

Accepted Answer

You will receive your wedding films approximately 60 days after your wedding. While we offer an expedited service for a quicker turnaround, we recommend allowing the full time to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail in your film.

Question 6

What happens if you or we have to change or cancel our date?

In the unlikely event that we cannot film your wedding due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.

If you need to change your date, we’re happy to accommodate you, provided your new date is available.

Regarding cancellations:
More than 30 days before your wedding: cancellation results in forfeiture of the deposit only.
Less than 30 days before your wedding: an additional 25% fee applies to account for lost business.

While this hasn’t happened yet, in the rare case of a last-minute cancellation due to illness or injury, a qualified replacement videographer will be present to capture your day with the same care and attention Addy would provide.

Yes! Every Heirloom wedding includes our core services, and you may add any a la carte option you desire.

What are your payment options?

We accept payments via credit card or check. To secure your date, a 25% deposit is required, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your wedding. This ensures everything is set for your special day.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes! We offer a 10% discount off all packages if paid in full at the time of booking.

We also offer a 10% discount for military and first responders - current and former.

Many photographers offer videography as an add-on, which can be a great option if you're looking for simple coverage. The difference is that at Heirloom, filmmaking is our full focus. Our process, equipment, and editing are all designed specifically for creating a film that feels like more than just a record of the day.
